Nail Polish Lottery Club ~ Week 17

Week 17 for the Nail Polish Lottery Club was this Cover Girl Outlast Nail Polish in lav-ender. This is #76 on my list of un-tried nail polishes. This week I decided to change the order of my list, and instead of alphabetizing by company name, I am doing it by color name. To me this makes more sense as all the Zoya were at the end, and all the Barry M at the beginning, this way it is mixed up by company a bit better, a lot better actually. It is easily changed so when I add a new polish to the list I can change it back. I think I will be much happier with my list organized this way.
I just put this Cover Girl Lav-ender polish on last night so I don’t have a review yet. It went on really well and I think it is a pretty color. The “outlast” part I’m not so sure about it, we’ll see.
As you know I have been helping with the cleaning of a filthy, dirty rental. This is “the crew”, well part of them. My son Drew took the picture, I knew he was up to something when he kept saying MoM, MoM! That is my friend Jud directly behind me and Drew’s long time friend Ray. They did all the hard work of removing carpets, washing walls and hauling pick up loads to the dump. I honestly don’t know how many loads went to the dump but close to 12-15? They left beds, dirty clothes, garbage, ugghhh! I just don’t get it, how they can do that or how they can live that way? A year ago when they moved in, it had all new carpets, kitchen flooring, new stove and refrigerator, all of it went to the dump. It was that bad. That’s what my week end has looked like, I know yours was better!
It’s Cinco de Mao which means tacos for 69 cents. Guess what Betty and I are having for lunch?
💅 As always, thanks for stopping by.

I also meant to say that although it’s difficult to read the label, and see the name on the bottle,I was surprised to see the polish is made in France. It seems very much modeled along the same design as Chanel bottles. Those guys seem like a fun bunch to be around.Good thing you can ignore them when they’re goofing around!Love the picture.

That’s a nice colour Judi.I have looked at Cover Girl so many times since they first came out in this area last December.I look forward to your follow up on wear etc. because so far I have not bought any.I just don’t see any colours that can’t be duped by the ones I already own.Let me know if I should give in and get one.Aren’t you proud of my self-control?LOLI guess you spent your whole week end cleaning? That means you didn’t go to your garage sales.I don’t know how people can live like that,it’s like Hoarders–the TV show, yuck.Hope you and Betty have a good week!
