NOTD: Sally Hansen Diamond Save the Date

This is a hard NOTD for me to do. You’ll know why in a minute.
Save the Date from Sally Hansen Diamond Strength collection . I love this color for fall and winter. I’m thinking most people get married in June, following college graduation, then the planning starts hardcore in the fall. This is my theory of why this “Save the Date” polish is such a pretty fall/winter color. It’s a great polish and I give it 4/5 stars, it does not last chip free and doesn’t seem to be any stronger than any other polish, diamond imbedded in the bottle or not.
I think I talked about this hand lotion in a video the other day as being my favorite blue item. This is Jilly’s favorite perfume and I bought the lotion for her for $3 but she said she had plenty so I’ve kept it and when I get to missing her, I put this lotion on my hands so I can “smell” her. (world’s longest sentence nominee). I know I’m weird about my daughter, I miss her so much, she is the smartest, funniest human on the planet second only to her brother.
This arrived in my mail today. November will be here in a blink of an eye. We will no longer have the same name, but we will always have the same heart.

I have a few Sally Hansen Diamond polishes.I went all over the place to find Tyin’ the Knot which was in the same collection.The happy couple looks so cute together.

Congratulations on your daughter’s engagement! You must be thrilled! You are right November will be here before you know it. The new diamond collection looks beautiful. I wonder what colors Jilly will pick for her wedding?

Her wedding colors are very light pink, very light gold and cream. She has an Estée Lauder polish that is cream colored and I believe that’s what she will wear, or she may go with something like OPI Dim Sum Plum! I really don’t know, but whatever it will be , she will be gorgeous. Saw her in her dress with the slip today. So pretty. 🙂

What a beautiful, rich nail color! Love Jilly’s invitation and the picture of the happy couple is just too cute! Also…love that Betty spent time with her brother, Drew and blogged about it! 😀
