Middle Aged Beauty Queen

Pink Fever from Model’s Own was sent to me from one of my friends in the UK, it is a UK brand. One thing I’ve noticed about Model’s Own nail polish is they come up with some interesting colors. Pink Fever being one of them. I love it because it is different and you all know what I say about different ~ different is good. I don’t know why I didn’t try this one before. It reminds me of the nail polish my Mom wore when I was a kid, even though it isn’t a frost finish its more of a duo-chrome of pink and well, more pink. Like I said, it is very different.

Pink Fever is a sheer polish which probably could have used an undie, but I’m afraid an undie would take away the duo-chromeness (I made up another word). These pictures are 2 coats and a quick dry top coat. Next time I wear it I will use 3 coats just to get rid of the VNL, although it wasn’t too bad, I can live with it for a couple of days. As stated earlier, I love this polish, the formula was a bit thin, even after sitting for at least a year on my shelf, Pink Fever gets 3/5 stars 🌟🌟🌟 from me. Part of that is the availability, I checked Amazon and there is none there for sale, I checked eBay and of course there are some for sale for too much $$$, and I took a star away for the VNL after 2 coats. But even 3 star polishes can be beautiful and I think this one is gorgeous.
